- Please show your Air China PhoenixMiles membership card when you check in. If two or more members stay in the same room, bonus kilometers will be recorded in the account of only one of the members.
- For each hotel stay, bonus kilometers cannot be applied to more than one frequent flyer program.
- Approved bonus kilometers will be added to the member's account within 2 months.
- If some of your accumulated mileages have not been added to your account, please contact Sol Melia Hotels directly and get credit for the unrecorded mileages.
